Core Values
Pragmatic Innovation, Determination and Resilience, Dedication to Work, Loyalty and Patriotism - to become a respected company that is warm and socially responsible
Pragmatic Innovation
Believe in everything, and also question everything. Be practical and realistic in all that you do: no exaggeration, no deception, no blind following. Use resources effectively and pursue real results and returns. At the same time, dare to break with tradition, try new things, and tackle new problems - never complacent, never standing still.
Determination and Resilience
Nothing is impossible; it is only that you do not dare, or your resolve is not strong enough. Be proactive: do not fear difficulty, do not retreat, do not slacken. With a high sense of responsibility and mission, overcome every difficulty and challenge, and contribute your strength and wisdom to the company's development. At the same time, be resilient: face all kinds of pressure and adversity with firm belief and perseverance, seek ways and means to solve problems, and persevere to the end - never giving up until the goal is reached.
Dedication to Work
Approach your work with passion and professionalism: no neglect, no perfunctory effort, no passivity. Enjoy the pleasure and sense of achievement that work brings, and improve your efficiency and standards. With a dedicated attitude and conduct, comply with the company's rules and regulations, follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness, respect the rights and dignity of others, and never seek special treatment.
Loyalty and Patriotism
Treat the company's interests and reputation with honesty in attitude and conduct. Treat your country and nation with patriotism in thought and action. Actively take part in public welfare and social activities, abide by social order and social norms, and safeguard the nation's interests and image.
